You’ll relax comfortably on the massage table, fully clothed (or draped if you have chosen to have Reiki alongside your massage or bodywork treatment), as Universal Life Force energy flows into your body through the laying on of hands. This energy flows to where you need it most, and is believed to help trigger the body’s natural healing process.
